Before placing your order, please verify that all booking information is correct.

• Departure Marina
• Number of Guests
• Charter Duration
• Selected Add-On Services
• Total Price
• Deposit & Remaining Balance

Once your booking is completed, changes may require written approval from Feeling Yachty and, where applicable, the vessel owner.

⚓ About Feeling Yachty

Feeling Yachty is your trusted yacht charter booking and coordination partner.

We help you find the perfect yacht and coordinate your reservation, but we do not own, operate, captain, or manage the vessels listed on our platform.

Where applicable, your reservation is arranged as a Bareboat Charter, meaning the vessel is chartered directly from the vessel owner or operator.

🛥 Bareboat Charter Information

For Bareboat Charters:

• You may select a qualified captain from the available captain list.
• You may propose another qualified captain, subject to vessel owner approval.
• Captain recommendations are provided for convenience only.
• Feeling Yachty does not employ or supervise captains.

👨‍✈️ Captain’s Authority

For the safety of everyone onboard, the captain has the final authority regarding:

• Navigation
• Passenger Safety
• Weather Decisions
• Swimming Activities
• Route Selection
• Anchoring Locations
• Vessel Operation

All guests must follow the captain’s instructions at all times.

👥 Guest Responsibilities

The person making the reservation is responsible for:

• Ensuring booking details are accurate.
• Ensuring the guest count does not exceed the yacht’s legal capacity.
• Following all safety instructions.
• Respecting the vessel and crew.
• The conduct of all guests during the charter.

Failure to follow these responsibilities may result in termination of the charter without refund.

💳 Payments & Confirmation

Your reservation is confirmed only after:

• Required payments are received.
• Government-issued identification is provided (when required).
• Electronic signatures or waivers are completed (when required).

Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing.

🌦 Weather Policy

Miami weather can change quickly.

Charters generally operate rain or shine.

If the captain determines weather conditions are unsafe, the charter may be rescheduled or handled according to the applicable charter policy.

Safety always comes first.

🎉 Optional Experiences

Enhance your charter with optional services such as:

• Catering
• Decorations
• Jet Skis
• Water Toys
• Transportation
• Photography
• Celebration Packages

Some services are provided by independent third-party vendors and may require separate agreements or waivers.

📄 Required Documentation

Depending on your reservation, you may be asked to provide:

• Government-issued Photo ID
• Electronic Signature
• Security Deposit
• Signed Waivers

These documents help ensure a smooth boarding process.

✅ Electronic Acceptance

By completing your reservation, you confirm that:

• You have read this Yacht Charter Booking Agreement.
• All booking information is accurate.
• You understand and accept these terms.
• Your electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

⚖ Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States maritime law.
